After 30 days, the subscription renews at just £2.99/month, unless cancelled.

  1. Go to this page and enter your email address. (Use the same email you used when you signed up.)
  2. Check your email inbox and click the unique link you receive to view your subscriptions.
  3. Choose the subscription you want to manage by clicking “Click here to view subscription.”
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel Subscription.”
  5. Once confirmed, you’ll see a banner to let you know it’s cancelled. Please note that cancellation takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

  3. Receive your results: we’ll email and text to let you know we’ve received your sample safely, and send your results PDF by email 3-5 days later.

Have you received my sample?

We’ve made it really easy for you to check if our lab has received your sample. Just click this link and enter your unique reference number and it will give you a live update.

Samples can take 3-7 working days to arrive by post, however they occasionally take longer.

When your sample arrives at our US-based lab our quality assurance team will make sure that your sample is labelled correctly and has enough sample for us to test. If we see any issues a member of our team will reach out to you.

Once your sample passes through quality assurance and is logged into our system, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s safely received. Your results will be available within 3-5 days.
